Warranty Policy & Information

Autolux Warranty Policy

For our products and services.

All products sold at Autolux come with different warranty conditions. Please refer to individual product specifications for warranty information. If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please email us with the information and accommodating images to initiate the warranty process.

  • 5 years for full leather trim installs
  • 5 years for sunroof installs
  • 3 years for Audio visual if installed by us 12 months if not
  • 3 years for all seat comfort
  • 3 years for safety if installed by us 12 months if not
  • 1 year for wheels knobs belts
  • 1 year for liners trim repairs trim coverings
  • 1 year led lighting

Faults or defects caused by product modification, misuse and abuse, normal wear and tear or failure to follow user instructions are not covered. If you have any concerns contact our Customer Service Team by phone on 02 97481 666 or info@autolux.com.au . We generally respond to online enquiries within 24 hours.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your items we will refund your items within 14 days of purchase. In addition, we will happily refund the product or exchange your item provided:

• The goods are returned within 14 days from the date of purchase
• The goods are accompanied by the original receipt issued at the time of purchase
• The goods are in an original, unopened and re-sellable condition
• The goods are standard stock items (custom made products are not included)
As a consumer you can also choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major fault including:

• A problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• The wrong item was received It is deemed unusable
• It is significantly different from the sample or description
If the item is believed to have a manufacturers fault – please refer to our warranty guidelines for further clarification on refunds and/or replacements.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed once your product has been successfully returned and inspected by our team. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to then be processed back to your payment service provider (e.g. ZIP money, Credit Card, etc) once approved.

Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider.

EXCLUSIONS

In some cases a refund, replacement, or repair may not be offered if you:
• Substantially modify the product;
• Misuse the product contrary to user instructions or manufacturers recommendations
• Simply change your mind and do not return the item within the given 14 day period from purchase date
